Information for partners

This (temporary) WIKI page is meant to inform our partners about several practical matters related to credit mobility. The information will be added to our website in a later stage, but till that time the information can be found here.

Note that the majority of these wiki-pages is for internal use only, and therefor only accessible to employees of the University of Twente. Our apologies for the useless sidebar to the left.

My students have some questions about the application process, whom/where can I refer them to?

  • For inbound students, a FAQ has been created on our website: FAQ Exchange Incoming.
  • The general entrance portal for inbound students can be found here: Incoming exchange students. The information in this portal includes the same FAQ as mentioned above, as well as a contact address in case the required information cannot be found in the portal.

I want to nominate a student for a placement, but I can't fill in the correct dates. What should I do?

By default, our credit mobility registration system defines the start and end date of a placement to be equal to the begin and end date of the academic year. After the nominated student has created an account and confirmed his/her personal details in the system, (s)he will be able to fill in the correct dates.
